(1) We provide accurate and prompt quotations for all kinds of processing including arrangement of materials, machining, post processing, and surface treatment.
(2) We submit value analysis proposals for mass production and trial processing of metal products based on drawings (CAD), considering the methods of use and manufacturing.
(3) We submit a quotation for products that need multiple processes, and deliver them together. We respond to requests for high precision at all times in this process concerning our main products, including articles for optical communications, aerospace manufacturing, automobiles, and medical equipment.
(4) We have succeeded in reducing the time required for processing (reducing the time required for processing 6.4 titanium from 40 minutes to 30 minutes or less) and cost. This is done by making use of our many optimized databases of processing regarding processing machines and tools.

[Business Description]
We excel at micromachining and precision machining of difficult-to-machine materials and non-ferrous metals. These difficult-to-machine materials include Kovar, oxygen-free copper, tungsten, titanium, Inconel, Super Invar, SUS303, and SUS304. The non-ferrous metals include aluminum die-casting, lost-wax casting, and aluminum. We possess 35 units of equipment including five-shaft and five-plane machining centers. We specialize in heavy machining and micromachining of difficult-to-machine materials. We provide products that satisfy customer needs with our productivity based on 24-hour operation and capabilities for responding to requests concerning delivery periods.

[Product and Technology Strengths]
Our company especially excels at micromachining and precision machining of Kovar alloy. Kovar alloy is a difficult-to-machine material. Hard glass can be inserted into and contact products made of Kovar alloy, so this material is mainly used for components of electron tubes and parts for optical communications. Kovar alloy is extremely unstable regarding mechanical deformation and its coefficient of thermal expansions varies. We respond to requests for high precision (pitch precision: 1 μm) at all times concerning our main products, including articles for optical communications, aerospace manufacturing, automobiles, and medical equipment. We have also achieved quantitative accuracy of form.

[Representative’s Message]
Our philosophy is that we will continue to change with the times and provide new value and high-quality products to our customers. We manufacture reliable products for our customers. We will continuously improve our conformance to requirements and the effectiveness of our QMS to achieve this. We also manufacture our own simple products and sell them on the Internet. We have received inquiries from customers in many overseas countries and sell our products for them. We also obtained JIS Q 9100 certification and are engaged in the aerospace industry as our new field. We will strive to cultivate markets and promote our technologies for prospective overseas companies.

[Company Structure for Market Cultivation and Overseas Expansion]
We have organized our market cultivation system including seven staff members in charge of machining (using NC milling machines) who possess skill testing certification. This is so we can accept various kinds of orders. We have a point of contact for inquiries in the sales department. We have established a system for receiving orders from overseas companies. Some of our staff members participate in English language training for a year in the United States. We will continuously cultivate markets and expand our business abroad.
