[Company Strengths]
(1) Capabilities for high-mix low-volume production: We provide high-mix low-volume repetitive production, which differs from both trial manufacturing and mass production, and we handle more than 5,000 orders a month. Our primary strength is in our capabilities for highly efficient production and management. We minimize losses caused by changes so that we can deliver our products according to the delivery schedule, and respond to small orders.
(2) Capabilities for production technologies: We have conducted R&D for production technologies through joint industry-government-university research projects for many years. This is how we succeeded in accumulating know-how for high-precision processing of various materials that have different shapes and training engineers as our company’s secondary strength.

We have focused on the following businesses since our company’s establishment while pursuing high quality, low cost, and short delivery periods.
(1) Machining and assembly of various precision machinery parts (for medical equipment, inspection equipment, analyzers, gas control equipment, gas valve parts, industrial equipment, optical equipment, automobiles, and semiconductor manufacturing machines, computer peripheral devices, nautical instruments, prototypes, and testing pieces)
(2) Design and manufacturing of automatic and labor-saving equipment
(3) Development of software for business purposes.
We also manufacture machined products for the cobalt alloy industrial field to satisfy various needs.

[Industry]
Precision machinery part manufacturing

[Product and Technology Strengths]
(1) Parts for machining precision machinery: We particularly excel at machining stainless steel and secondary machining of irregular materials such as die casting and lost-wax casting. (Processing diameter 1 to 200; dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance in units of μm.)
(2) Factory management strength: We are highly evaluated by customers in various fields regarding the production and management of more than several thousand items per month. They appreciate our handling of orders and shipping, and accurate delivery according to the delivery schedule. We can offer extremely short delivery periods. We perform processing on the date we accept an order and ship the product the next day in the case of the shortest delivery period.
(3) Design and manufacturing of automatic and labor-saving equipment: We offer proposals for design, development, assembly, installation, and so on to satisfy customer needs. We also repair or remodel equipment that was designed and developed by customers or other companies.

[Representative’s Message]
The majority of our customers are manufacturers located in areas ranging from the Kanto region to the Chubu region. We will participate in many exhibitions and business talks in various industries to cultivate new customers throughout Japan. We have technical staff members with national skill test certification as well as prefectural excellent technician award winners. We are further improving our skills in order to respond to many inquiries from various industries about machining difficult-to-machine materials and complex three-dimensional shapes. Our production facilities in Japan have areas that can be used, so we give priority to improving their rate of utilization. However, we will consider starting overseas operations depending on customer needs.
