We offer integrated production of machine tool parts from materials procurement to surface treatment.

Our company manufactures parts for machine tools, printing machines, and construction machines under an integrated production system from materials procurement to surface treatment. We deliver these parts as assemblies or subassemblies. We have been directly providing a machine manufacturer with nuts for ball screws for over 20 years. We have also been providing parts around the main spindles of machine tools for over 10 years. This is how we have been meeting product requirements for high quality and accuracy. We are aggressive about sales channel development and overseas expansion. We are extending our business to such new fields as aircraft and medical equipment with the technologies we have accumulated in various industries. We advanced into the field of aircraft parts in FY2014 in order to achieve our goal.

Business features

All the field machine operators at our company (many of whom have first or second grade national certificates) create programs from drawings and take responsibility for quality until inspection. We support high-mix low-volume manufacturing (about 1 to 200 pieces per lot). With repeat production we can efficiently produce even small, difficult parts with three or four geometrical tolerances (roundness or flatness: 0.002 to 0.005) by means of improvements. We consider the lot size and processing difficulty, and shift our production to jig processing, or to composite lathing or 5-axis machining, with technical department support.

[Company strength]
Our company manufactures parts from ordinary steel, SUS, aluminum, casting, and other materials under an integrated production system covering from materials procurement to surface treatment. We deliver parts as assemblies or semi-assemblies. Our in-house production system also includes all steps of polishing, and we deliver products in a short term. We acquired ISO 9001 and Eco Action 21 certification in 2011, and JIS Q 9100 in 2014. We are ready to submit quality data for all processes. We are proactive about improvement, and we manufacture even small-lot products at low prices.

[Business description]
We were established in 1966 as a company that mainly performed lathing. We moved to our present address in 1989. We now receive drawings from customers and deliver products completed using our integrated production system. Our main products are parts for machine tools, printing machines, and construction machines. We have also been handling aircraft parts since 2014.

We aim to double our sales volume to 1 billion yen in 3 to 5 years. However, we will not make our organization large. We will become a local top-level medium-sized excellent enterprise with a labor force of about 50. We remain committed to our conventional business fields. At the same time we are making preparations to enter new fields such as aircraft and medical equipment. We will aggressively promote sales channel development and overseas expansion and tackle new technologies and fields to achieve these goals.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company established a technical department two years ago. The labor force now consists of only 2 people, but this will be increased every year to about 6 or 7. We are strengthening our section for handling aircraft and medical equipment parts, and establishing a system focused on implementing new technologies and technical proposals. We will be aggressive about transactions with major companies and also overseas expansion. We will proactively accept new customers in our conventional areas of business. At the same time we will establish an organization that makes the most of our company’s technologies.

We are a major outsourcing destination for the tool machine manufacturer Makino Milling Machine Co., Ltd. (top share in the processing department in the Tohoku region). We are also a major recipient of outsourcing from the direct-acting system manufacturer THK Group. We are a direct outsourcing destination for the printing machine manufacturer Komori Group. We are a member of Japan Aero Network (JAN), which is a group supplying parts to the aircraft manufacturer Sumitomo Precision Products Co., Ltd.
