[Company strength]
We have advantages in high-precision machining of plastic dies and their parts, and specifically in EDM processing. We possess all the equipment that can support complete processing steps. This includes die-sinking EDM for shape processing, wire cut EDM equipment, pore EDM equipment, NC electrode machining equipment, machining centers, and grinding processing machines. We have advantages in ultra-precision machining. This includes micromachining (narrow pitch: 0.2 mm pitch and 0.1 mm width) and micro hole machining (diameter 0.3 and angular accuracy of 1 μm in the angle hole). We introduced the latest grinding processing and die-sinking EDM processing in 2014, and we continue to pursue ultra-precision machining. We also introduced ample inspection equipment such as toolmaker’s microscopes and three-dimensional measuring equipment in order to control accuracy with micron-order precision.

[Business description]
We have advantages in die-sinking EDM processing. We handle various kinds of precision machine part processing, including manufacturing various dies from the mold base to the injection portion, cavity, and core. We make use of the technology we have cultivated through many years of die-sinking EDM processing to manufacture dies without generating resin burrs. We manufacture dies according to the number of shots. We conduct complete in-house processing without outsourcing, so we can achieve low cost and high quality.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We machine various precision machine parts, including the whole set of plastic die manufacturing processes. We have manufactured products for various industries, such as automobile parts, cellular phone parts, light electric appliances, and office automation equipment. Engineers who are fully familiar with the application of dies adjust accuracy in-house, so we can easily achieve uniform accuracy. We also conduct machining that maintains accuracy of 0.001 μm or less. We are pursuing uncompromising manufacturing for nothing but part processing, for products of any size and volume.

We are a manufacturer specialized in connector dies. We have been dedicated to work from part processing to assembly and finishing for the past 30 years, with targets of high accuracy and cost reduction. Our corporate philosophy is to pursue micron-order uniform precision, not just a uniform common difference, which we apply to take on endless challenges with die-sinking EDM processing technology. We want to expand our transactions with major companies, further cultivate the market, seek overseas expansion in the future, and continue to press ahead.

We have established a complete in-house management system covering from raw materials to machining steps. We have established a system to guarantee product quality and delivery time by executing double quality controls. This includes quality control by an administrator in charge of product processing, and by another administrator in charge of shipping. We hope to maintain this system and handle orders from major companies and overseas companies.
