Our company is engaged in the processing of precision parts. Since our foundation in 1975, we have been accumulating technologies and expertise through the manufacture of cylinders and rods for coal mines and rollers for rotary presses. We have expanded our business by utilizing our technologies and expertise, and now we manufacture parts for not only general industrial machines but also agricultural machines, trains, and thermal and hydraulic power stations. To meet various customer needs, we have our own facilities for welding, cutting, and surface treatment such as plating and polishing. We are extending our plating business mainly for the abrasion parts of motor shafts and heavy-duty machine parts.

[Company strength]
We are highly experienced in the manufacture of precision parts and we have all the facilities necessary for welding, cutting, and surface treatment such as plating and polishing. These include six NC lathes, six machining centers, and six grinders, which enable small-lot to mass production with short lead times. We have a qualified staff of Class-1 lathe technicians, Class-2 lathe technicians and 3D CAD engineers working under a machining instructor and we continuously pass on technical skills to young employees. We also work in cooperation with the Technical Research Institute, Hokkaido Machinery Manufacturers Association, and many companies in our field.

[Business description]
Our company has a 40-year history of manufacturing precision machine parts such as cylinders and rods for coal mines and rollers for rotary presses. Today we manufacture and repair parts for not only general industrial machines but also agricultural machines, trains, and hydraulic and thermal power stations by utilizing our accumulated technologies. We also extend the service life of motor shafts and heavy-duty machine parts by plating their abrasion parts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has manufactured tens of thousands of various rollers for rotary presses that require particularly high accuracy (plate cylinder, guide, drag, web, and 4-axis rollers with runout not exceeding 1/100 and balance not exceeding G6.3). Their quality evaluations have always ranked high among the 80 client companies. We developed a mixing extrusion screw for coal ash/lime that has about four times the endurance of conventional ones. The screw showed good results in reducing the sand abrasion of hydraulic power stations using special alloys. We receive many requests for consultation based on our technologies, skills, and experience in manufacturing various products.
