[Business description]
We mainly conduct machining processing such as turning, milling cutting (including machining), grinding, and gear processing. This is done by making full use of state-of-the-art machine tools. We manufacture custom-made products. We receive a diverse range of orders, which mostly relate to prototype manufacturing, production equipment parts, and R&D related parts. These orders are in fields including automobiles, aircraft, optical articles, semiconductors, liquid crystals, elevators, energy related articles such as power generators, medical treatment, and food. In recent years we have been focusing on micro processing, ultrasonic machining, and processing difficult-to-process materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and pure molybdenum. Our company advocates being an all-round player in machining. Our biggest sales point is that we can provide one-stop in-house support for any types of needs by making use of our multi-step processing capabilities.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We possess various processing capabilities in areas such as machining, equipment, and materials. We drill holes with diameter 0.03 or above. We conduct simultaneous 5-axis processing using CAD/CAM, processing of super-hard materials (HRC 60 or higher), processing with flatness of 1 μ or less, and processing with 1-µ level concentricity. We can deal with difficult-to-machine materials such as glass, resins, ceramics, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, and pure molybdenum, as well as iron, cast material, special steel, and nonferrous metals. We have established an in-house processing system for these materials.

[Representative's message]
Our goal is to be a high-level all-round player in machining technology. We have particular strength in trial manufacturing, development products, items related to manufacturing technology, and super-quick delivery. We can support any kind of request as long as the product is within the range of the size specifications of our equipment. We can make use of this strength to differentiate ourselves from our competitors and speedily respond to customer needs. In recent years we have increased our new transactions with companies listed on the Stock Exchange at a rate of 2 or 3 companies a year. We hope to continue our efforts to cultivate new transactions with enterprises irrespective of industry and business categories. We also aim to be an enterprise that can provide optimal solutions to customers. We were selected for the JETRO company support program for expanding to emerging countries. We are now studying the establishment of a business base in Thailand as one such candidate. We are advancing our globalization including taking on staff.
