[Company strength]
We have established a corporate system that can respond to various needs. This is done by making use of in-house design and manufacturing of automated production equipment, construction of production management and inventory management systems, and a rich stock of processing machines. (We possess molding machines from the 10-ton to 350-ton class.) We can supply products as units as required by the customer. We achieve this by making use of our integrated manufacturing technology covering from precision plastic mold design and manufacturing to molding, decoration, and simple assembly.

We conduct integrated production covering from precision plastic injection mold manufacturing to manufacturing injection mold parts, print decoration coating, and simple assembly. We particularly excel at manufacturing appearance parts and mechanism elements for products related to in-vehicle electrical equipment, home electronics appliances, and amusements. We have 46 years of experience in injection molding, 37 years of experience in mold manufacturing, and 15 years of experience in print decoration coating. We apply this extensive experience to provide satisfactory products to customers with our technology power that can handle a wide range of product lineups.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have a long history of manufacturing metallic molds for in-vehicle electrical equipment. We have substantial know-how specifically on manufacturing metallic molds for precision mechanism elements. We are working to improve QCD with our customers through our proposals by making use of flow analyses and so on, and suggestions about assumed defects. Many of the metallic molds we manufacture are utilized at overseas mass production factories of our customers, and they highly evaluate our services.

We hope to take advantage of this strength to aggressively expand our overseas business in cooperation with major companies, while cultivating new fields such as medical equipment and aerospace.

More than 90% of our sales are obtained from listed companies and their affiliates. We satisfy various international quality and environment standards such as ISO, UL Standards, the REACH standard, the RoHS directive, and Green Partner. Many of the products we process now are utilized overseas, so we are considering manufacturing them in foreign countries.
