We offer small lot trial manufacturing of plastic and metal products.

Our company has been making plastic prototypes since our establishment, and we have devised ways to improve our manufacturing methods. We use aluminum alloy for the die to meet needs for small-lot injection production. Aluminum alloy suits this application as it excels in workability compared to steel materials used for machine structures, and this allows us to reduce the manufacturing time. Our Resiina-R solid shape sample and Rapiro assembly type robot are examples of such uses. Both these products were developed jointly with the design firm BRANCH.

[Company strength]
Our company has been making plastic prototypes since our establishment, and we have devised ways to improve our manufacturing methods. We have been using aluminum alloy to make dies for many years. This is because there had customers who wanted to use injection molding because of its physical properties, although the quantity was small. We sometimes communicate with the designer from the development phase in order to ascertain the desired die shape, and to identify potential issues in mass production. We hope to utilize our assets such as our past failures in many years of making prototypes to help customers with their production.

Our lines of business include making plastic and metal prototypes, and manufacturing plastic injection molding dies, injection moldings, jigs, and tools. We particularly excel at small lot production. 

Die manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our strength lies in making aluminum alloy dies for injection molding. Aluminum alloy has better workability than other materials such as machine structure steel, and it helps to reduce the manufacturing time, which is a great advantage for us. There should be many instances where an aluminum die will be suitable if you are making prototypes, or if the product is expected to have small lots throughout its lifecycle. We possess the technologies to make dies from high-strength steel if aluminum dies cannot be used. Our work includes Resiina-R and Resiina-C solid shape samples, and the Rapiro assembly robot, all of which were developed jointly with the design firm BRANCH. 

[Representative's message]
I believe that our technology has a lot to offer to designers and developers, whether in Japan or overseas. Our extensive experience from years of making prototypes will surly help to develop new products. We are currently working with other companies including startups who want to use our technology in product development to expand globally. Japan has many environmentally friendly technologies. These technologies and the culture that we have nurtured should be useful anywhere in the world. Technology is Japan’s strength, and I think it is the mission of SMEs to continue to create new technologies. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We do business with major manufacturers and make prototypes for them, and assume that our overall operations are properly managed. We are making plans for overseas exhibitions, market research, and English website production to prepare our internal organization for overseas expansion. Two English-speaking personnel were hired in April 2014.

In our trail manufacturing and development business we make prototype electric parts for automobiles, and prototype moldings for research and testing purposes. We also engage in joint product development projects with other workshops in our area.
