[Company strength]
Our company mainly manufactures and sells precision punching dies that are used for cutting out outer shapes for touch panels and other products. We introduced press machines a few years ago, and established a production system that covers all processes from prototype making to mass production. This system allows us to perform services from die making to manufacturing. We can propose optimal die design and punching conditions for a given material, from the perspectives of die punching and press working. We constantly pursue technology development, and have obtained more than 10 patents for our Thomson die and engraver, resin injection die, and other products. We can offer these products to satisfy diverse customer needs at any time. 

[Business description]
Our company conducts precision press working, and manufactures dies for punching outlines in thin film materials, such as advanced films used in mobile phones, and reflective films for automobiles. We provide high-precision punching-out (pressing) of films, paper, rubber, unwoven cloth, and other materials. We supply high-quality products to customers in a wide range of fields, from major automobile manufacturers to electric appliances and medicine.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can propose new technologies for processing various materials. This is done by combining cutting with other technologies, such as the following.
Acryl cutting technology: This is a technology for mirror-finishing the cut surface on acrylic or other fragile materials that are easily broken with conventional press working.
3D cutting technology: This makes it possible to cut solid molded products, without deforming the shape.
Automatic scrap discharging die: This die automatically suctions up the scrap on the punching die as soon as the hole is punched in the decided position.
Mold cutting technology: Unwoven cloth or other soft materials are simultaneously solid molded and cut. 


[Representative's message]
Our company is striving to expand overseas through PCT applications (international patents, pending in Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia). This is done to cultivate overseas markets while avoiding risks as much as possible. We are considering developments such as the TPP. We plan to retain our core technologies for mass production (die manufacturing) in Japan, and start mass production press working in Southeast Asia due to demand from assembly plants. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We receive requests to conduct test processing and mass production processing from major manufacturers in the automobile, materials, and electronic device fields for technology differentiation from the competition. Processing requests for mass-produced important parts are expected to increase in the future. We are focused on further enhancing our measurement technology and human resource development.

We have acquired more 95% of the market in Yamagata Prefecture, and have earned a top-level position in the precision cutting market in Japan.
