Our company has achieved stable quality, short lead times, and low costs with our unique product development and manufacturing innovation. These are based on our many years of experience and knowledge as a dedicated manufacturer. Our products have been adopted by many home electronics appliance manufacturers in Japan and abroad. Our monthly production output has reached 8 million pieces. We have also successfully advanced into China and strengthened our supply system for local production for local consumption and cost reduction. We were selected as a Global Niche Top 100 company by the Ministry of Economy, and Trade and Industry in March 2014. This was for the provision of stable high-performance coils at low cost.

Our company specializes in manufacturing noise filter coils and smoothing choke coils. We have an extensive lineup of products. We provide optimal coils to meet various customer requirements. We also select coils for mounting on products and verify noise at the same time as offering EMI support services. This contributes to greatly reducing development periods.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has successfully automated processes such as winding, soldering, and forming. We have been able to eliminate irregularities from the winding tension, winding pattern, and core adhesion for high quality and speed. We also developed the Ueno Coil hybrid coil, which is capable of removing noise in a wide frequency range. It is also effective for normal-mode noise. The copper wire usage has been reduced by 20% compared to conventional products. This is done by using diagonal lines. Our unique methods have realized high-speed manufacturing as fast as one per 10 seconds, without layer short circuits causing accidents. We will continue to promote technical innovations to meet customer and market needs.

[Representative's message]
Our noise filter coils have a large market share in Japan. Consumption by overseas manufacturers is increasing, particularly in developing countries. We will use our Ueno Coil as our weapon to achieve the top share in the world by doing business in the volume zone where there is great demand. A production site should be close to customers to deal with large volumes, based on so-called “local production for local consumption.” This is why we decided upon overseas production, because it is essential for developing new sales channels.

(1) We will install double the current number of winding machines within this year by making equipment investments for our overseas factories. 
(2) We will perform top sales by means of our managers. 
(3) Our radio wave darkroom distinguishes us from our competitors and provides excellent noise removal characteristics. We will enhance coil performance with noise simulations to gain world-leading technology and to supply optimal coils for customer products according to customer needs.
(4) We will strengthen our material procurement power for cost reduction.

We have a world market share of about 10% for noise removing coils for power supplies to prevent home electronics appliances from malfunctioning.
