[Company strength]
We have been retaining mainly motor-related technologies since our foundation 90 years ago. We always meet the expectations of our major customers about quality and lead time, which are the keys to Monozukuri craftsmanship. We think this is our advantage and the reason for our long business history. We excel at winding and shaping motor coils and treating their surfaces. We have sufficient technical power in coil surface treatment to create machines for insulation-epoxy heat treatment and insulation varnishing. We can also repair motors by making use of the experience and technologies we have accumulated for a long time. Our company acquired ISO 9001 certification for motor parts. All of us constantly work hard to further enhance our production technologies, including quality and lead time. Our goal is for our staff to grow as people. We provide sincere support for customers with our secure technology and flexibility to meet our customers’ various requirements for trial manufacturing to mass production.

[Business description]
Our mainline business is to manufacture stators and armatures for induction motors and commutator motors. We recently implemented a production technology related to brushless motors. We also manufacture cables and harnesses for electronic equipment, and repair transformers and motors. We have been enhancing our technologies and skills since our establishment 90 years ago. We are an electrical shop that mainly handles motors, and we are an essential company for major customers and local business establishments.

Electric machine and instrument manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
(1) We use automatic and semi-automatic machines for winding motor coils. We can create winding molds ourselves and accept orders from mass production to small-lot production.
(2) We insert and assemble coils using automatic inserters or manually. This know-how is one of the skills that we have accumulated for a long time.
(3) We shape coils while compressing them. This is a critical process for upgrading motor performance.
(4) Coil surface treatment generally involves varnishing with electrical insulation. We also coat coils with epoxy resin using a machine we developed. This upgrades the dustproofing and waterproofing performance and improves product reliability. Coils are automatically transported for both types of treatment to save labor.
(5) We repair motors and transformers by making use of the know-how we have been accumulating since our foundation. This is how we are contributing to the shift from the age of disposables to the age of repairs.

We hope to take on consignment processing of motors and their stators and armatures. Our company mainly manufactures stators and armatures as motor parts, and we have expertise and knowhow related to each process. We will meet customer requirements for performance and quality by research with customers under our full system. We also accept orders for the consignment assembly of electronic equipment, such as manufacturing cables and harnesses. We are ready to manufacture equipment for fabless companies. If you have any specific ideas about overseas expansion, we will hear them out and take action proactively.

We handle stators (60%) and armatures (20%) used for the domestic Japanese products of an electric tool manufacturer (Hitachi Koki), and manufacture stators (70%) used for their centrifuges.
