[Company strength]
Our advantage is our high comprehensive technical power based on an integrated production system from design and development to manufacturing and installation. Our company is highly appreciated among major machine manufacturers outside Hokkaido for our advanced product finishing as well as our production processes and efforts. We satisfy any customer request wherever possible and also proactively take on new businesses. We are now developing thermal spraying devices and functional spray coating. This has been consigned to us and subsidized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, NEDO, and Hokkaido Prefecture. We provide sincere support for our present customers, and we are also proactive about developing new markets.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We possess technology established for manufacturing composite wires for thermal spraying and manufacturing machines for them. A wire made of fluorinated pitch wound with aluminum is melted and sprayed using a thermal spray gun. This imparts a high water-repelling effect to the sprayed portion. Our technology produces metal-matrix alloyed films with a contact angle of 140° or greater on average by means of a dispersed spray coating with functional expression particles. Our technology reduces costs by 30% and mass by 20% compared with conventional thermal spraying technology. At the same time it reduces the adhesion of snow, ice, frost, and water drops and improves wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance.

We provide various devices for water treatment and waste disposal machines throughout Japan as OEM products of major plant manufacturers. However, we feel it is necessary to develop sales channels by developing and commercializing in-house products. We will further develop sales channels for products under our in-house brand, such as our functional spray coating and nanocarbon manufacturing machines, vinegar fermenters (small fermenters), and distillers.

We provide various devices for water treatment and waste disposal plants throughout Japan as OEM products of major plant manufacturers. We are developing sales channels in collaboration with Osaka Gas Chemicals Co., Ltd. for coating with various functional films by means of composite wire thermal spraying.

We are the only manufacturer in Japan that possesses the technology for forming various functional films using the composite wire thermal spraying method. These films have functions such as super water repellency, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance.

[Joint research and development]
Our company participated in the SME Research Project for Creative Platform Technology of the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization together with Kitami Industrial Technology Center and other companies. We took on the subject of developing and applying a new thermal spraying device using liquid phase materials, based on research seeds from the Kitami Institute of Technology. We designed and manufactured a thermal spraying device that had not been available previously. We also promoted development with a New Partnerships Support subsidy, under a project to build up partnerships to develop fluorinated pitch super-water-repellent spray coating products using fluorinated pitch.
