[Company strength]
We had been manufacturing custom-made mechanical equipment, but we now manufacture general-purpose machines according to customer requests. Our 3D turning machine product is a CNC wood lathe that can be easily and safely started by handicapped persons, and it can be used to conduct high-added-value processing. Our 3D turning machines receive high evaluations from community work centers (vocational aid and welfare facilities) and the like. We have prepared a lineup including peelers for corn and thick-stemmed bamboo for the food processing field. We hope to grow as a custom-made specialist by taking advantage of our flexibility.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our 3D turning machine is a CNC wood lathe that enables complicated three-dimensional processing. This is done by making use of high-speed revolution of a chip saw and revolution of the main axis under computer control. This product make use of technology developed by the Forest Products Research Institute of the Hokkaido Research Organization (Dosoken). Our CNC wood lathe can process three-dimensional shapes which had been thought to be difficult because of the unit price of the product and the technical problems involved. It can be easily operated without having to learn skillful technology and advanced knowledge. We can also offer design, manufacturing, and installation work as well as various custom-made machines according to customer needs. 

[Representative's message]
We have been manufacturing first-stage processing machines for agricultural products since shortly after our foundation. We have been providing various machines such as corn peelers, constant-rate asparagus cutters, and bamboo shoot peelers. Mechanization is now being rapidly introduced in Southeast Asia, so we expect that our machines will be of assistance in those countries.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We possess both a machining factory and a can manufacturing (welding) factory. We can conduct integrated in-house production including manufacturing machine parts and welding structural parts, coating, assembly, test runs, and delivery. We can also support single-piece parts. We can support high-mix low-volume production by using two NC lathes for machining. We can also support various kinds of welding structure products, from machine installation stands to machine frames, various types of tanks, and so on. We can deal with stainless steel processing as well as steel.

Our 3D turning machine is a CNC wood lathe that causes a chip saw to revolve at high speed. Some machine tools can perform symmetrical circular processing, but few wood lathes are capable of three-dimensional processing.
