[Company strength]
Our company deals with orders for OEM/PB cosmetics on any scale, from extremely small to large lots. We accurately support customer needs for texture and raw materials, and realize these goals at a lower cost than expected by paying close attention to details. We realize cost reduction by conducting all processes in-house. This includes document distribution from the planning department to other departments, manufacturing, shipping, and production of original designs by dedicated in-house designers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company can manufacture in any quantity necessary, from extremely small (100 pieces) to large lots. Large-lot orders will be handled at a mass production facility in our new plant, which is to be completed in April of this year. Specifications can be flexibly changed during production. We once manufactured small lot samples in packets of four, and then changed the size to utilize the samples as finished products. We can lower the cost of prototype manufacturing by flexibly changing specifications. This allows the customer to freely consider a wide range of applications, such as sales, direct mail, presentation tools, and novelties.

We will reinforce our sales activities to Asia, mainly in areas such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore, for our original cosmetics that utilize Hokkaido’s regional resources. We have established our own Hokkaido organic standard to start an original organic cosmetics business. The product is almost ready to launch, so we intend to further cultivate sales channels.

Our new plant was completed in April 2014, and capital investment in the plant has been finished as well. Our target is large-quantity transactions with major companies. This plant is intended to create a new production system that can realize more flexible arrangements. The sales department is also expanding. We have recruited overseas operation personnel, and made other preparations for our organization.

We have acquired the largest share of the beauty salon cosmetics market in Hokkaido (production base).
