[Company strength]
Half of the industrial cans in Japan are manufactured using our machines, such as our wire seam welding machine. We have become one of the major companies in the equipment manufacturing industry. This is why we acquired ISO 9001 at an early stage, and so on, and we are now focusing on machine history management and after-sale service. Sales based on local settlement and machine imports are also possible through our affiliate company in China.

[Business description]
We excel at manufacturing automation equipment, and specifically high-speed automation equipment related to thin metal plate processing. Our main field at present is can manufacturing machines for canned foods. We provide integrated processing of the latest equipment from development, design, and manufacturing to after-sale service. We support the recent trends of cost reduction and quality improvement, and for this purpose we master all manufacturing steps in detail. We have been developing our overseas sales with a focus on Asia since the 1980s. We are also working hard to realize technological tie-ups, etc. We have established a subsidiary company in China, which will become a production base.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Can manufacturing is a niche industry. Many of the technologies are special and rarely seen in other industries, such as high-speed processing technology for thin metal plates. We have been maturing some of these industry-specific technologies for many years. These include wire seam welding, in which the welding is conducted in a straight line at high speed while maintaining the base metal strength, and the highly airtight double-seaming method. We also possess high-speed coating material technology. These technologies can be applied to other industries.

Our predecessor company was a can manufacturing company, so we have abundant can manufacturing know-how. This includes high-speed beverage can manufacturing technology and the technology for manufacturing multiple types of industrial cans. We are searching for appropriate fields to which our technology can be applied horizontally. If you come across ideas from can products on the market, we will be pleased to hear about them. We have also been doing business overseas since our foundation, and we have an affiliate company in China. We can provide enhanced after-sale service.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our sales area is nationwide in Japan. In principle a two-person team including our president and one sales staff member will visit the customer and have a meeting. A six-person team will conduct machine maintenance and after-sale service. We have been involved in doing business overseas for a long time, so we are familiar with overseas business trips and long-term stays for equipment installation.

Air leak testers: 30% share of the domestic Japanese market.
In recent transactions we have a share of 70% or more for both kinds of equipment.
