[Company strength]
Our drill polishing machine for vehicle bodies is used widely even after 25 years of sales, and our overseas orders are increasing dramatically. Our coating booth with a built-in ion generator has become popular for good finishing, and it is now used by car body repairers nationwide. Our tool re-polishing machine is employed for every kind of manufacturing, and is helping manufacturing in Japan. Our GEKKOU drill went on the market one year ago, and it is highly praised among users.

[Business description]
Our company manufactures and sells the GEKKOU drill, which is overwhelming the industry with its amazing sharpness. We provide Ion Shower Booth coating booths for vehicle bodies, and machines and tools for repairing vehicle bodies. We also offer re-polishing machines for drills and end mills, including the fully automatic EZ-13 drill polishing machine.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our GEKKOU drill exhibits outstanding performance in drilling stainless steel. We think this is a groundbreaking drill. It requires only about 20 seconds to drill a hole that used to take a few minutes even for a skilled worker. This drill also has amazing durability. This astonished a customer who used to replace a drill every two weeks, because our drill could be used for thee continuous months. An experiment showed that our drill could make very clean holes with low noise in 178 × 30 mm difficult-to-machine Inconel while being fed step by step. However, the drill was hardly damaged. There are various other similar cases.

Our company was founded in 1983 and mainly manufactured tools for repairing vehicle bodies. We started manufacturing re-polishing machines for automotive drills around 1989. We have been continuing our research on drills ever since. We discovered a completely new shape and marketed a drill with this shape as our GEKKOU drill. Sales of this new drill have been steadily increasing. This drill proves to be particularly powerful when drilling difficult-to-machine stainless steel, so it is highly appreciated among our customers. We will promote sales overseas, mainly in America, Europe, and Asia, as well in Japan so that many people will come to utilize this technology. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company’s Managing Director Arai is the head of the sales department. We have two sales reps each for East and West Japan to answer inquiries and perform sales negotiations. Managing Director Arai is in charge of overseas development and large-scale sales negotiations. Two staff members support customers in English and exchange emails as instructed by the Managing Director. The development department handles technical matters jointly with the sales department, but directly visits customers as required.

We have delivered 10,000 drills to Korea. Sales negotiations are in progress in the United States, Germany, and Taiwan.
