We develop and manufacture dust-free-ready conveying robots and related application devices which are used in manufacturing processes in the semiconductor industry. We have manufactured conveying devices for manufacturing semiconductor wafer/liquid glass substrate, such as ultra-compact motor control equipment, clean robots, dual-arm robots, multi-axis interpolation robots, and high-speed wafer sorter/EFEM. In addition, we cultivate technical capabilities for applying and deploying our products to other fields such as bio-related business.
