Fujikikou Co. Ltd.

Our strength lies in 5-axis machining (adopted in the semiconductor field), and steel metal working without the use of nails.

Our business scope includes machining (5-axis machining in particular), sheet metal working such as machining tool chassis, and machining construction materials and other shape steels with 3D laser beam machines. We can manufacture vacuum chambers in various shapes with our 5-axis machining, including irregular shapes and large sizes (30 × 2400 × 2700). 3D laser beam machining can flexibly deal with both straight-line and curved-line cutting and tapping.

[Company strength]
Our company owns a wealth of machining equipment for machining both small and large-sized articles. This includes sizes from a 1 yen coin to a passenger car. We also have a dedicated factory for sheet metal work so we can complete all these manufacturing processes in-house. We can apply our new 3D laser machining business to diameters 300 to 403 mm. This is done by tapping or cutting flexibly in a straight or curved line.
Our packaging business consists of manufacturing and sales of various cap seals. We accept both small lot orders for anniversaries, and mass production orders in units of 100,000.

[Business description]
Our company provides QCD in the fields of machining and sheet metal processing. We offer machining of construction materials and other shape steels with 3D laser beam machines (new business), can making works (welding), and an integrated manufacturing framework. We accept small-lot orders in the packaging business (cap seals used for wine and other beverages).

[Strength of products/technologies]
In the machining field we are particularly confident about our 5-axis machining. For example, we can deal with vacuum chambers, which are used in semiconductor production, including large chambers (130 × 2400 × 2700) and irregular-shape chambers.
We manufacture machining tools chassis in our sheet metal work. The workmanship of our products has pleased our customers.
3D laser machining is good for steel works in which assembly and welding can be conducted at the site. This is just like a shrine carpenter who does not use any nails. This method is suitable for trussing methods.
In our packaging business we manufacture and sell tin cap seals for high quality wine.

[Representative's message]
Until last year we had a machining department, a precision sheet metal working department, and a cap seal production department that also conducted QA activities on foods. These were the 3 pillars of our manufacturing and sales operations. This year we established a new 3D laser department that conducts machining of cylindrical and square poles or other irregular-shaped pipe materials so that we can enter a new field. We expect that this department will attract machining needs, particularly for construction steels. We hope to start steel machining methods that can be helpful in trussing methods.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are an SME that is quite agile and flexible in manufacturing and sales activities. These characteristics are also visible in our detailed responses to major companies. The sales contact for the customer is in the sales department of the production division. Each company is assigned one representative who provides conscientious consultations on machining, inquiries, or quotations.
We are willing to take on new challenges, whether in terms of market cultivation, overseas expansion, or new technology development. Please do not hesitate to consult us.

[Market share/Ranking]
We have acquired a share of approximately 80% of the domestic Japanese tin wine cap market.
