Nogamigiken Co., Ltd

We offer precision punching dies and jigs manufactured with clearance of at most 0.002 mm.

We are a consulting manufacturer specialized in punching. We design precision punching dies and jigs, conduct progressive pressing, and manufacture edged tools. We manufacture punching dies of excellent durability based on our technology for manufacturing master jigs with parallel and orthogonal accuracy of 5/10,000 mm. We also have a technology for punching thin-film materials with minimal clearance (0.002 mm or less) and no burrs or deformation.

[Company strength]
Our corporate philosophy is to create products and services that are valuable for customers and contribute to society. We have been manufacturing precision edged tools and brushing up our ultra-high-precision grinding technology for over 40 years since our foundation based on this philosophy. We possess technology for manufacturing master jigs featuring the world’s top-level parallel and orthogonal accuracy of 5/10,000 mm. Even cutting-edge world-class machines cannot achieve this accuracy. We will use this to pursue grinding wheel forming technologies for grinding and to accumulate know-how about material selection, quenching, and blade shapes for edged tools. This is how we can create punching of very accurate dies with micron-order precision that are very sharp and durable.

Production machine and instrument manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company has been proceeding with technical development from the viewpoint of total manufacturing. We use ultra-high-precision grinding technology and flexible design power that is unbound by conventional techniques, as well as high-precision assembly and adjustment technologies. Our precision punching molds and jigs can punch thin-film materials for a long term with minimal clearance (0.002 mm or less) and no burrs or deformation. We will meet various requests from R&D to trial manufacturing and mass production to solve customer issues of improving product quality and production efficiency and reducing costs. We are also taking on the daily challenge of solving difficult requests.

[Representative's message]
We exhibited our products at a German exhibition jointly with a local supporting organization in November 2011. This made us confident that our products and technologies would be anticipated in the European market as they are in the Japanese market. We have been actively developing sales channels to Europe and America since then with export support by JETRO. We will continue to promote marketing activities and R&D as well as providing valuable solutions for our customers. Our aim is to be a global niche top company (branding) for precision punching dies.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We also energetically exhibited our products at overseas exhibition with JETRO’s support for promising exports. We can now do business with almost all companies with full advance payment in yen. Our company has resident staff in Germany as a point of contact for the European companies we are targeting, and we are now considering a maintenance site. We are ready to immediately answer inquiries from overseas companies by overseas sales staff and dedicated domestic staff working together.
