[Company strength]
We boast high strength in machining technology for various materials (aluminum, iron, and casting). This has been gained through manufacturing automotive parts. We also possess flexible production engineering competence to cover various types of production, from high-mix low-volume to mass production. We have achieved the short lead times and low production costs required by our customers with our proven IT-controlled production management system. It covers the whole process from receiving orders to inspection and delivery. This system won the Encouragement Award in METI’s 100 Best IT Management (2006), and the Prize of Excellence (2008) and Grand Prize (2009) in METI’s IT Management Award.

[Business description]
We manufacture metal machining parts (compressors and brackets) for automobiles, forklifts, textile machinery, and other equipment. We develop and sell measurement instrument control systems (ISO 10012 compliant). We plan, manufacture, and sell machined aluminum for smartphone and audio appliance parts using the advanced aluminum machining technology we have acquired over the years.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have established model lines with the required cleanness and realized complex shapes and micron-order accuracy. This has been done in response to the recent market trend in which aluminum has become a major material for compressors and other automotive parts. We are determined to further strive to make this available throughout the company to accommodate the increase in orders. We will utilize the outcomes to reinforce our B to C services and IT.

We have always striven for constant improvement in machining technology so as to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of our customers in the 60 years since our foundation. We have now seen more opportunities with our existing customers, and also new ones nationwide and even abroad. We hope to further grow by making the most of them.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We can provide services in a timely manner to meet the customer's inquiries and requirements. This is done through our departments of engineering sales, production engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and production management. The president directly acts as the project leader for rapid decision making.

We are always highly evaluated according to the standards of our customers’ suppliers with respect to Q, C, and D (quality, cost, and delivery).

No joint development projects are ongoing, but we plan to carry out joint development with the engineering departments of national universities aiming to further improve our machining ability.
