[Company strength]
Other companies in the sports apparel field are also dealing with sublimation transfer in response to the recent growth of the training wear market. However, we are the only Japanese company that conducts the entire sublimation transfer production process in-house, from design to sewing. Our company can manufacture from a single piece, and the lead time from order to delivery can be 14 days at the shortest. Our sportswear is customized to meet individual customer needs in a way that is not possible for other companies or major sporting goods manufacturers.

Our company was established in 1997 as an apparel manufacturer. We have been committed to the manufacturing and sale of sportswear produced using sublimation transfer technology. Sublimation transfer products accounted for 61.7% of our sales volume in 2012. We set up a branch in Tokyo, and started direct sales (BtoC) of our own brand DVELOP.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Sublimation transfer realizes high-quality, full-color images while eliminating the necessity of plate charges. The products can be manufactured at low cost in a short lead time. They excel in color fastness as well as in water resistance and durability as the ink is impregnated in the fiber structure. We can provide unprecedented high-definition designs and gradation designs. This is done by utilizing advanced sublimation transfer technology, the latest advanced printers, laser cutting machines, and other equipment.

We recognized the potential of sublimation transfer, and started R&D to manufacture products for a wide range of industries, including both general and sports apparel.
