Correspondence to printing-related processing works all in our own plant

At our plant we thoroughly conduct processes ranging from surface processing of printed matter, such as press coat, to laminate processing, silk printing, small-lot printing by use of high-speed UV inkjet printer and work using a cutting plotter. We also correspond to planning and manufacture of sales promotion POP goods and store furniture. As we correspond to various requests, we make it possible to stabilize price and reduce delivery time.

Since we can conduct all processing work in our plant, we can efficiently respond to various needs of customers, making it possible to stabilize prices and reduce delivery time. Each work engineer is trained to operate multiple machines so that we can prepare flexible production systems according to orders. Furthermore, the person in charge of planning can handle designing and design with a good understanding of processing technology.

At our plant, we thoroughly conduct processes including surface processing of printed matter, such as press coat and PP paste, from inserting paper processing, laminate processing, silk printing, Thomson processing, and self-manufacturing of gluer and trimming die, to small-lot printing by use of high-speed UV inkjet printer and work using a cutting plotter. In addition, we also manufacture and sell our original-planned products such as sales promotion POP goods and store furniture.

As our engineers are familiar with technology for operating various works they can propose products, considered from every angle, letting us finish goods backed by technical know-how. At the same time, we can propose new original production technology and flexible production methods on the basis of accumulated processing technology.

Our company has aimed to be a convenience store for paper processing since its establishment in 1995. We have tried to expand and improve processing technology in accordance with expansion of equipment. Currently we are extending performance in which we process on commission for printing companies and design/planning companies and also propose our original sales promotion of POP goods valued as intellectual property such as utility models and design registration. We plan to spread our skills to develop original processing technology while further enhancing it, and propose novel sales promotion POP goods.
