[Company strength]
We have absolute confidence in machining stainless steel through our experience in vacuum-related fields. We can meet a wide range of needs for high-mix low-volume production using multiple processes from part machining to unit assembly. We were selected as one of 300 of Japan’s Vibrant Monozukuri (Manufacturing) SMEs in 2009. This was done by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. We also have an established reputation for high technical power in the prefecture.

[Business description]
Vacuum technologies are indispensable for contemporary technological society. Our company has an advantage in processing and assembling vacuum chambers and vacuum-related parts supporting ultra-high vacuums. Since 2011 we have been manufacturing and selling the oiLoop series of vegetable oil filtering machines for business use as our first in-house products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We review processes for casting, spatula processing, and weldment materials in vacuum chamber manufacturing. We also review the shapes of jigs, tools, and blades and repeatedly conduct trial manufacturing. Our processes starting from material cutting are making it possible to reduce costs and stabilize quality.
Our first in-house product is the oiLoop series. The edible oil filtering machines in the oiLoop series suppress oil costs and make fryer cleaning easy. They are popular among restaurants annoyed with costs and work efficiency with regard to fryers.

Our company receives many orders for vacuum-related equipment parts for high-mix low-volume production using multiple processes. We believe communications are important for this kind of complicated work. A good job cannot be done without good relations. It takes about one year until one drawing will be sufficient for a transaction with a customer. We establish a solid relationship with each company by taking plenty of time. This will enable us to accurately reflect needs in product processing and create products that surpass customer needs. 
We believe good Monozukuri craftsmanship and good companies are based on human relations. Our slogan is “Be cheerful, pleasant, and energetic.” We are clearing barriers between departments and improving the in-house environment so that everybody can enjoy working together.

We are a unique company where all employees have technologies unrivaled in the industry.
Each worker in the processes from materials input and processing to shipping has high-level knowledge about vacuums. The finishing work in the packing department is most critical for vacuum products and cannot be processed by a machine. We have also accumulated technology for manual finishing for such packing. We are highly competitive in high-mix low-volume production of parts for various devices related to vacuums because of this technology as well as our precision welding technology.
We make full use of such technologies accumulated in our 50-year history of Monozukuri craftsmanship to create products meeting customer needs.
