Our company has realized precision molding of difficult-to-process materials with its unique technologies.

Our company has been engaged in stainless steel part processing for precision machinery since its establishment in 1972. Our business has now expanded to target the food, medicine, chemical fiber, liquid crystal, and semiconductor industries. Our sales volume has grown using the strength of our integrated production system that comprehensively covers phases from raw material procurement to assembly, including machining, welding, and polishing processes. We have also established a precision molding technology that applies high-impact hydraulic pressure to difficult-to-process materials for the first time in the world. This is a result of joint R&D with Okayama University in addition to our accumulated knowledge. One of its applications is manufacturing high precision denture bases. This was realized using pure titanium sheets, which is another difficult-to-process material.

[Company strength]
All processes including material procurement, machining, welding, polishing, and assembly are conducted in-house. We extended our plant at the end of last year and moved a partner company on the same premises to integrate our production sites and enhance our processing capacity. Our customers trust the quality and precision of our products, which has led to a sufficient quantity of orders. Our financial standing is safe and healthy, with a high capital adequacy ratio and current ratio. 

[Business description]
Our company has been expanding operations since its establishment as a precision machinery part processing company to include food, medicine, chemical fiber, liquid crystal, and semiconductor related products. There has been a movement in the Tsuyama area aiming to make this area a major base for stainless steel processing in Japan. Our company is a core member of the resulting Tsuyama Stainless Cluster. 
We have been developing precision molding technology for difficult-to-process materials under the guidance of an emeritus professor from Okayama University. This technology makes use of high-impact hydraulic pressure. We have just succeeded in applying it in manufacturing a high-precision denture base from a pure titanium sheet. We expect that there will be a huge demand for this product in many aging societies, including countries like Japan. We are currently preparing our organization for sales in Japan and abroad.

Our company manufactures most of the major parts for beverage and medicine filling devices, such as bulbs and nozzles.  We have a unique impact hydraulic pressure pressing technology that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. This pressing method is suitable for high-mix low-volume production. This is why it can be used in manufacturing customized medical devices for individual patients, such as denture bases, using titanium or other difficult-to-process materials. We can also manufacture one-of-a-kind products including artworks.

This company has been managed under the motto of “manufacturing that satisfies customers” since its establishment in 1972. This is why our company has become well-known as a stainless precision part machining company that manufactures anything the customer asks for. We are now able to obtain a sufficient quantity of orders, regardless of the state of the economy. However, in addition to consignment manufacturing, we have always wanted to have our own brand. We started to develop our high-impact hydraulic pressing method as a fabrication method for difficult-to-process material to realize this long-cherished dream. We succeeded in manufacturing a denture base from a pure titanium pressed sheet. We are now preparing to launch this product as our own brand product in Japan and other countries.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have a sufficient quantity of orders with existing companies, including major companies, because of the trust we have earned in our past dealings. This is why we do not have a dedicated sales representative in the organization. The president directly responds to any potential customers. We will not have a dedicated team for future business operations for the sales and manufacturing of our pure titanium denture base. This is because our partner company IKK Shiken will conduct all the market cultivation, orders and shipping, and customer service, both in Japan and overseas. However, we plan to prepare a framework to support them.
