[Product description] This curve tracer judges success or failure by superimposing the curve of a good-quality article on that of a defective article. The FB102 is used for automatic measurement up to 1920 pins. The FB200 is compact and equipped with a manual probe function. Open/short test checks have become difficult in recent years because the number of LSI pins has greatly increased. However, our FB102 realizes open/short test checks of units having thousands of pins with quick and simple operations, which had been regarded as difficult. We can provide the FB200 in compact and personal types.
