Our integrated production covers design, development, plastic molding, coating, press working, and assembly. We have received many orders for skin lamination and so on and have earned our customers’ trust, particularly for interior parts for luxury automobiles (instrument panels, seats, and doors). We are working to enhance the level of our manufacturing technology even further.

Our main business consists of planning, manufacturing, and selling automobile interior and exterior parts and related accessories, electrical appliances and parts, and industrial machines and parts. Our integrated production system usually covers all processes from product development (mold and prototype making) to mass production.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We provide skin lamination products for automobile interiors. Our company performs base material design to molding, skin lamination, and all other design matters. We can repeat the cycle of evaluation and improvement in-house to efficiently bring it to perfection in a short period of time. The molding and lamination are not shared with other companies, as they conventionally are, which reduces the workload in the customer’s development roadmap while offering total cost merits.

We focus on the market needs of specific generations and regions. We utilize our know-how on proposal-based development, design, prototype making, and high-mix low-volume production to create high-value-added products and services that satisfy diverse customer needs. We will continue to focus on customer-oriented Monozukuri craftsmanship and services. We will always broaden our horizons and quickly grasp changes in trends so as to expand our field of business without limitation.

We will continue to provide QCD (quality, cost, and delivery) that customers can trust. We do this by utilizing the integrated production system from development to mass production that we have nurtured through our dealings with Tier 1 automakers. A project team is organized for any new customers or new businesses, and it is overseen by the president to track progress on a daily basis.
