[Company strength]
Our main line of business has been scaffolding works at condominium renovation sites. We started a rental business to meet changes in the external environment. Our motto is to give shape to solving problems in the industry and contribute to society. This is why we strive to develop products that place importance on reflecting the opinions of our workers and actual users. We also have an extensive network with companies in different industries, universities, and governmental agencies that are helpful for product development.

[Business description]
Our lift for raising materials at construction sites caused a revolution in the industry. We developed it to realize our longstanding wish for safe and secure environments at construction sites, where disasters or accidents frequently occur.
Our Sarutobi Tasuke lift gives top priority to safe and secure working environments. This prevents construction workers or building materials from falling, and makes the occupants of condominiums, buildings, etc., and nearby residents feel safe.
Scaffolding companies need not worry about a shortage of workers for setting up and removing scaffolding, so this product can also contribute to management improvement.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The size and structure of our lift product were devised for the safe loading of scaffolding and building materials that have various shapes. This product can be operated even from a distant location by using wireless remote control. We adopted a chain block that is free of irregular winding or kinks and the endurance was greatly improved. Metal guides using a patented technology enable smooth ascending and descending, regardless of the loading conditions. A box-type cage is used to prevent materials or people from falling. This cage has a safe appearance, and can also protect the privacy of residents during the renovation of a condominium building.

In our history of over 30 years in this industry, we had grave doubts about the dangerous and inefficient manual scaffolding work during the renovation of mid-rise and high-rise buildings. Every year many workers at construction sites fall victim to this work in high places. We had a strong wish to make this work safe and secure. This is why we developed our first-in-Japan lift product and have continued to improve it. We hope to cause a scaffolding revolution and eliminate accidents and disasters from the industry by quickly disseminating this product nationwide.
