We offer vacuum mounting machines for the stressless application of seals to semiconductor thin wafers.

Our company has an integrated production system that covers from design to production of semiconductor equipment and balancing devices. Our products can be customized flexibly. We have developed a vacuum mounter that will not break fragile thin wafers. It eliminates bubbles that can be a cause of process defects. The mounter can use a differential pressure vacuum to attach tape without applying pressure to the work. It can also perform attachment to considerably uneven material for which roller attachment is not possible. Many kinds of devices can be configured with detailed requirements.

All processes from conceptual design to production and shipment are covered by an integrated production system that is operated by our own employees. This system enables us to flexibly respond to customization request from customers. We have an in-house cleanroom that allows us to comply with cleanness standards required in the semiconductor industry.

[Strength of products/technologies]
There are various demands for tape mounting in the semiconductor industry, and the quality of the mounting greatly affects the yield rate. Semiconductor wafers have become thinner as electronic equipment is downsized. This makes it difficult for tape mounters to affix tape without applying stress to the wafer. Our vacuum mounter can affix tape without applying pressure to the work, even to a significantly uneven surfaces for which affixation with conventional roller mounters has not been possible. Our mounter can be configured with various detailed setting conditions so that it can be used for multiple purposes.

Wafers are rapidly becoming thinner with the progress of improvement in semiconductor devices in terms of their speed, capacity, and functions. Our company has developed a vacuum mounter whose mechanism enables mounting without breaking fragile thin wafers. It also prevents the introduction of air bubbles, which cause process defects. This is a unique technology that cannot be found anywhere in the world. It is a very appealing product although its use is restricted to certain fields. We have received many inquiries from overseas companies at SEMICON Japan, so we plan to grow it into a pillar of our strategic products for overseas markets.
