We develop high-power motors without having to use iron cores.

We are expanding our in-house development of small, lightweight, high-power motors. We develop power generation bodies for small-size engine power generators and small wind power generation machines, and manufacture electric bush cutters. The armature in our motors is formed by laminating substrates on which printed circuits are arranged and integrating them as magnetic circuits. This results in small, lightweight, high-power motors. The manufacturing process is also simplified because iron cores are not used.

[Company strength]
We develop magnetic circuits and armature circuits for small, lightweight, high-power motors and power generation bodies based on our independent patents (already acquired in Japan and overseas). We have established know-how about the structure of flat motors and manufacturing methods. We can meet our customers’ needs for product downsizing by utilizing the small, lightweight, flat characteristics of our motors. We also propose products that are differentiated from the competition. Our company’s capability to productize patented and application technology is one of our strengths in the context of the heightened need for environmentally friendly products. 

[Business description]
We develop small (flat), lightweight, high-power motors using our independent patents. They are mounted on our electric bush cutters and sold to the Forestry Agency and planting development corporations, etc., as electric tools. We also develop power generation bodies for small-size engine power generators and small wind power generation machines, which we plan to commercialize.

[Strength of products/technologies]
An ordinary motor utilizes an armature in which coils are wound around an iron core. However, when the output has to be raised above 250 watts, the increase in weight and size becomes a problem. To solve this problem we formed an armature by laminating substrates on which printed circuits are arranged, and made a coreless-type structure by integrating the magnetic circuit in the armature. We achieved a motor with small, lightweight, and high-power characteristics. We do not need to use an iron core (coreless), which enables weight reduction of the motor and significant simplification of the manufacturing process. We have accumulated technology and know-how necessary for motor development, most of which has already been patented (or for which patent applications have been filed). Our company’s strength is in our independent technologies. 

[Representative's message]
The motors and power generation body technology that we have developed are applied to the motorization of existing small engines. Our target is to establish a brand related to small, lightweight, high-power motors and power generation bodies. We also think that developing domestic and overseas markets in general industrial machines and the automobile-related industry will result in a shift from engines to motorization. This will reduce the burden on the environment, and create regional industries. We always hope to contribute to revitalizing regional industry by developing technologies that match social conditions and customer needs. This also includes obtaining patents, maintaining our unique technology, and reflecting innovative technologies in our products.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has few staff members, but our administrative resources are supplemented by joining forces with other organizations under the active leadership of the president. We have a mechanism to reduce costs to meet our customers’ needs. This is done by carrying out in-house design based on our independent technology, subcontracting the parts and assembly by our affiliate companies, and shipping to major manufacturers and the like. This helps to make use of the integration of various specialty areas, and to focus our efforts on development and design, which are our company’s strengths. We think this mechanism is a method to carry out reliable commercialization of products with superior quality. We sincerely respond to inquiries from new customers and overseas customers by exchanging mutual information and concluding non-disclosure agreements.

We have a 100% share of the electric bush cutters used for national forest management.
