We design, manufacture, and install cutting, assembly, and transporting tools and machines for the production of automobiles, construction machines, electric machines, and aircraft equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We established a method of securing a workpiece without distortion or transformation stress by utilizing our OSK Lock product and its applied technology. This in-house product is applied to cutting and processing jigs for casings, blocks, crank shafts, rods, and other parts with the cooperation of machine tool manufacturers. Our product is now enjoying great popularity among many customers in Japan and abroad. OSK Lock is the only actuator that is easy to use because it remains clamped even when pressure is turned off after locking.

Our company was founded in 1966 as a subcontractor for lathing automotive and hydraulic parts. For further development we overcame difficulties by means of our own thinking, ideas, and technical power. We constructed an integrated system for designing, manufacturing, and installing jigs, tools, and dedicated machines. We devised our in-house OSK Lock, AXIM chuck support unit, and other products through this process. We are brushing up our applied technologies while evolving our products every day. We strive for high-quality, low-cost manufacturing to contribute to the growth of our business and the development of Japan. We will powerfully promote strengthening our relations with our joint venture Thai JSS for overseas development.

We handle overseas inquiries and conduct sales activities under the leadership of the executive director and directors as young successors. We hold a local meeting for proposal-type transactions when an order is received. We have a system to take responsibility for high-quality, low-cost manufacturing in both domestic and overseas transactions. We handle everything sincerely under the leadership of the president.
