[Company strength]
We added galvanizing facilities in April 2010 and established an integrated production system covering machining to the final shipping processes. As a result, we can smoothly deal with customer needs by reducing logistics costs and delivery times. 

[Business description]
We manufacture and sell steel gratings. We particularly treat high-performance gratings, such as lightweight, high-rigidity high-tension steel gratings and gratings with other functionalities, including anti-theft, noise prevention, and jumping prevention.
We perform machining of grating materials, and we have started to offer laser machining to accommodate requests for small-lot drilling of a large variety of products.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Adopting high-tension steel as a main material leads to a 30% weight reduction, which saves resources. In addition to weight reduction, the use of high-tension steel offers:
1) Rigidity 1.7 times higher than conventional steel of the same size
2) Easy installation and maintenance
3) A smaller environmental footprint, as it reduces CO2 emissions during the manufacturing and transportation processes
We are receiving more orders for plating of metallic construction products, so we are looking for opportunities in tinplate can manufacturing. We will make use of our machining technologies from grating production.

We have been engaged in manufacturing and selling various civil engineering materials such as gratings since our establishment in 1972.
Our company is ranked third in the industry, but we are the pioneer in high-tension steel gratings, and proudly promote our company brand. 
We will continue to enhance productivity and reduce costs to actively promote development and improvement for diversifying needs.
In the medium term we will plan and promote sales in Southeast Asia, where construction demand is on the rise.

We are approaching major companies to make direct deals, and establishing an organizational framework to receive recurring orders and enhance cost competitiveness.
At the same time, we are also focusing our efforts on shortening delivery times, while demonstrating our products’ functionalities.

We constantly receive orders from major road construction companies, such as Obayashi Road Construction, Kajima Road, and Maeda Road Construction, through our direct customer (a manufacturer of concrete secondary products), in addition to local general contractors.
