We produce large parts with our 3 five-face processing machines and turning machines.

We leverage our large five-face processing machines and turning machines (3-meter diameter)  to manufacture construction machine parts, platforms and frames for special purpose vehicle parts, sheet metal, and cans, as well as perform large machinery (up to 10 meters long) machining.  We have  introduced a crane truck with a lifting capacity of 10 tons, with which we can handle machining of larger machinery.  Our integrated production has enabled us to deliver high quality,  low-cost products in a short delivery time.

Our cutting-edge facilities provide an integrated production that covers everything from welding to machining of large machinery (up to 10 meters long).  We specialize in machining of large machines, owning 3 units of Five-face Processing Machines (the largest of its kind in the Tohoku region,) and 1 unit of Turning Machine (3-meter diameter.)  We are capable of handling various types of processing (Laser, Turret Punch Press, and Bending etc.), regardless of the size.  With our integrated production system, we can perform large machinery (up to 10 meters long) machining with a short delivery time.  This enables larger frames, reduced assembly processes, and higher accuracy.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are happy to respond to requests for manufacturing of platforms and frames.  We manufacture more than 300 units of frames by machining with large and small-sized equipment, for various usages including those at production facilities for semiconductors and coils, those of machine tools, and those at vehicle inspection stations.  
Our extensive facilities and capable engineers are supporting our one-stop production and services, which covers everything from metal sheet processing and welding to machining of large machines.  In our Welding Team, 8 members have a SA-3F (Thick Plate Welding Engineer Qualification,) 13 have SA-2F (Medium Plate Welding Engineer Qualification,) and 2 are qualified as the Level 2 Certification of Welding Coordination Personnel.

[Representative's message]
We were established in 1987 as a canning and sheet metal work business that was engaged in production of parts for transport machines.  In January 1998 , we relocated our entire facilities to the Chubu Industrial Parks in Iwaki City and started processing of large machinery there.  We have 3 five-face processing machines (the largest in Tohoku,)  1 Turning Machine with 3-meter diameter,  3 Laser Machines, and 5 Machining Centers.  Our 10 Welding Engineers are working with 2 Welding Robots.  We provide our products with high quality,  at low cost, and in a short delivery time, all of which is made possible by our integrated production system.  We will continue working hard on our quality to be recognized as a valuable business entity for society.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have our liaison office in Kanagawa prefecture in addition to our Iwaki Factory to respond to our customers in a timely manner.  We are trying to understand customer needs accurately by participation in business meetings held in Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Fukushima.  We set up the VEC group within the company to beef up our order handling capabilities and to expand our sales channels.
