We are accelerating overseas expansion leveraging our expertise in mold manufacturing.
We produce various types of molds including cold-forging molds and pressing molds in an integrated manner, covering all processes including design, manufacture of processed products, heat treatment, and coating. In line with improved durability of molds , we offer optimal mold materials and coating methods as well. We established a joint venture in Indonesia in fiscal 2013, and are pursuing market expansion to secure a stable supply of molds.

[Company strength] We have mold manufacturing techniques and unique know-how accumulated over the years, and offer an integrated system that covers all processes including design, manufacture, quality control, and research and development. [Business description] We design, manufacture, and conduct general machining on cold-forging molds , molds for parts formers , pressing molds, and molding dies for hot- and cold-formed bolts and nuts. [Industry] Mold manufacturing [Strength of products/technologies] We take pride in our world-class polishing techniques, one of our focuses since our foundation. We also produce high-quality products in an integrated manner, where we handle all processes including heat treatment, high-precision machining, and mirror finishing to coating. We also offer services and proposals for most suitable mold materials and coating methods based on inspection and analysis of damaged dies for the purpose of improving mold durability. [Representative's message] We have strengthen our partnership with Nagoya Tokushuko Co. Ltd., the biggest dealer of press molds in Japan, in this fiscal year. As part of this effort, the two companies set up a joint venture in Indonesia, and also have been integrating domestic sales activities and technological cooperation systems. We will continue working together towards market share expansion in the mold sector while further honing our individual strengths. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We launched a local subsidiary as a joint venture in Indonesia in this fiscal year, and started supplying products to major companies in Southeast Asia. In order to secure a stable supply of molds in the area, we intend to introduce equipment and dispatch staff members, collaborating between our business sites in Indonesia and Japan. [Market share/Ranking] We are ranked fifth in Japan in the field of cold-forging molds.
