We start manufacturing from making the manufacturing machines in-house, so we have succeeded in developing and manufacturing unique special threads. We are also exporting them overseas. We also handle special clothes and organic cotton. The chemicals we have developed include liquid photocatalysts, indoor deodorizing coating agents, long-term anti-mold coating agents, waxes for floors and building stone, photocatalyst deodorants for cigarettes, and ammonia removing agents. We will remain committed to developing energy-saving and environmentally friendly products.

Independent development of special threads, special fiber products, energy-saving merchandise, and environmental merchandise

Our raw thread apparel department shifted from machine to in-house manufacturing, and succeeded in developing and manufacturing special threads that are difficult for other companies. More than 90% of these products are supplied as final clothing. Our customers include many overseas collection plants, so we export products to more than 10 countries.

Our organic product department develops and manufactures everything from thread to cloth and final products. We are devoted to manufacturing safe and secure underwear and inner products, products for babies and children, bedding, and cloth napkins.

Our company established a new development business division over 10 years ago. This division has developed a fine lineup of products suitable for the place of work and the purpose of use. The products we developed include M-Clean and Eco Thermo Coat. M-Coat is a photocatalyst liquid that was early to acquire the certification mark of the Photocatalysis Industry Association of Japan (PIAJ). Eco Thermo Coat is a heat-insulating coating agent for glass. When the window panes of buildings are coated with Eco Thermo Coat, the agent absorbs heat (infrared ray) from sunlight, suppresses elevation in room temperature, and reduces the cooling load.

[Company strength]
We make the manufacturing machines ourselves, so our company has successfully developed special threads that would have been difficult for other companies to develop. Now over 90% of these products are also exported to more than 10 countries as the final products of overseas collection brands or in other forms. We have a refined lineup of chemicals suited to construction sites and uses. We developed the M-Clean liquid photocatalyst, which was an early recipient of certification by the Photocatalysis Industry Association of Japan (PIAJ). We also developed the Eco Thermo Coat thermal barrier coating agent for glass. It absorbs the heat (infrared rays) of sunlight when it is applied to window panes. This is done to suppress a rise in room temperature and reduce the load on air conditioning equipment.

Our company manufactures and sells twisted yarn (strong and special twisted yarn and fancy twisted yarn). We purchase and sell various thread materials and manufacture and sell special thread. We provide planning, manufacturing, and sales services for textile products, knitted products, and clothes. We also offer planning and manufacturing services for other fiber products. Our company engages in R&D of new materials and chemicals and liquid photocatalysts. We also conduct R&D and web sales of other applied commercial products.

We develop and manufacture everything within the company. We were selected as one of Japan's Vibrant Monozukuri (Manufacturing) SMEs in 2009 for our M-Clean product, with which we provide a wide variety of liquid photocatalysts. We succeeded in developing a visible light type ahead of other companies. Our Eco Thermo Coat thermal barrier coating agent for glass has an improved thermal barrier effect without losing transparency. It has achieved a price advantage over other competing products. This product was awarded the highest prize by the Marronnier ECO Office (e-Technology category). Our Selface Coat product is also attracting attention as a super-hydrophilic coating agent. It is capable of providing plastic, glass, stainless steel, and other metal surfaces with hydrophilic properties.

Our company was founded as a textile processor in 1923. Our corporate philosophy is to develop, manufacture, and sell products that are beneficial to the global environment and human happiness. With this corporate philosophy we proactively develop special threads, special clothes, organic cotton, and other energy-saving and environmental products. These are advanced, secure and safe products with great added value, which are friendly to people and the environment. We will proactively continue to promote overseas expansion centered on products that we have developed.
