[Company strength]
One of our strengths is our ability to response to customer needs quickly with detailed proposals.  As for our main products, hydraulic double belt press machines, we make comprehensive suggestions covering specifications of the main unit and the front and back mechanism, such as unwinding-winding and inspection equipment.  We are aiming at new engineering to meet customer needs with our superior technologies in design and manufacturing of factory equipment, as well as in maintenance and inspection of plants.

[Business description]
We design, manufacture, sell, maintain, and repair our products in an integrated manner and in accordance with customer needs.  Our products include rubber and plastic manufacturing machines, automatic labor-saving machines, NC slitters, and paper pulp machines.  We particularly excel in high-temperature and high-pressure responding hydraulic double belt press machines, which have a world-class performance level resulting from our skills and know-how.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our hydraulic double belt press machine provides, although it is still under verification tests, the performance of high temperature (up to 400℃) and high pressure (up to 14MPa).  This reduces installation and maintenance cost as well as weight by about a third or two thirds, while offering higher performance compared with our previous products.  This machine heats up and cools down while holding pressurized states for a certain period of time.  This enables continuous manufacturing, and thus help to enhance new product development, productivity, and product quality.  This machine can also be utilized in a wide range of fields, such as high-performance composite materials, high-performance paper, automotive fuel cells, electronic components, and special rubber sheets.

[Representative's message]
Our hydraulic double belt press machine offers high-performance at low-cost, achieving significant reductions in running costs.  We are receiving inquiries from both Japan and overseas, and currently working on improvement of the machine for even higher performance and downsizing.  We are currently enhancing domestic distribution as our top priority to steadily increase sales.  We will then expand overseas.  Under these policies, we will further strive to develop products that will satisfy our customers.

We are a “fab-less” (without fabrication facilities) company with many partners inside and outside our home prefecture.  We can deal with an increase of orders with these partners.  We have also established a branch office in Tokyo in September this year to improve our customer response capabilities. We are planning to further enhance our product performance as well as our organizational and partnership structures.
