[Company strength]
We manufacture 4,320 models of standard and semi-standard products in 5 days from order to shipping by build-to-order manufacturing. We can provide an immediate response regarding the delivery date at the time of order with respect to 23156 models. We are also able to receive orders of various products from a single lot in a short delivery time. Since data necessary for production of 34357 models are registered in the production system,  information regarding any model once produced is transferred to the manufacturing division on the same day without passing through the design division. We have demonstration test rooms (15 rooms) in the office so that our customers may measure the performance of various products enabling them to check the functionality they require.

We manufacture and distribute  industrial blowers and dust collectors using the technologies of flow and rotating machine. Our aim of manufacturing is to provide products to satisfy the needs of our customers based on our strength to respond  to a custom-order product in a short delivery time.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Gases to be used by customers have their own characteristics, and  we can design and manufacture blowers suitable for the gases used by customers. We can also offer blowers with a wide range of performances resistive to various environments, such as corrosion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and explosion proof. In addition, we use a self-developed top runner motor (IE3) for the motor of blowers having already satisfied the high-efficiency regulation since 2015. We have also passed the high-efficiency regulations of EU, China, and South Korea and have obtained the certification of UL safety standards responding to situations overseas. 

[Representative's message]
Since our foundation in 1950 and launching of development and manufacture of small blowers and special-purpose motors in 1957, we have continued “Monozukuri (manufacturing) for 56 years up to now in 2013. We take into account product specifications, usage and other conditions according to  customers' requests and  accept orders of single unit. Currently, all our employees are actively promoting efforts to further improve our daily works. We also increased our test equipment for product development to demonstrate that the specifications match the customers' needs. In addition, we have established "Showa Electric Thailand" in Thailand in September 2012 mainly for conducting maintenance.

We have established "Showa Electric Thailand" in Thailand in 2012 as a maintenance base. The top runner motor is equipped with blowers of 0.75 kW or higher. We have obtained UL and CE safety standards; we have also obtained the certifications of the high-efficiency standards of China and South Korea. We have established 11 sales offices across the country.
