We have reduced the total required time and cost by using the latest CNC combined lathes  in an integrated manner.  We have also succeeded in long microprocessing, which used to be impossible with existing lathes with our system for constant correction control.  We have combined processing with long microprocessing, which helped downsizing of parts for a wide range of applications.  This can be applied  for medical devices,  compact artificial satellites,  and micromotors.  We set up a local subsidiary in Dusseldorf,  Germany in 2013.

[Company strength]
We propose technologies to control cost. With the cutting-edge CNC compound lathe, we can handle processing of materials in Φ2.0 to 32.0mm , in different volumes including a small number for samples  and several thousands for mass-production.  We receive orders 24-7 and can deliver in a short time.  We developed fine processing equipment  in-house, which can cut material with a diameter of Φ6.0mm or smaller to a post-machining diameter between Φ0.05 and 0.5mm  to make product or part sizes smaller.  We became the first SME who introduced a diaphragm NC lathe in June 2014, and achieved front to back processing deflection of 2μm and below.

Our company is specialized in machining of precision parts, including automobile engine parts (critical safety parts), connector parts,  camera parts,  parts for beverage apparatus,   and those for medical devices.  We particularly excel in small round processing at Φ30 or less.  We are a company  that proposes cost reduction measures at different phases, from prototype development to mass-production.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The latest CNC compound lathe can handle separate processes (Lathe => Machining or Lathe => Polishing)  as one step and complete finishing processes.  This shortened the required processing time significantly, which leads to reduced time for delivery and lowered cost.  We have also developed a correction control system  in-house, which enables the use of long microprocessing in mass production, which used to be impossible with existing lathes.

We have integrated combined processing and long microprocessing to downsize parts in a way that used to be impossible.  This can be applied for medical devices, compact artificial satellites, and micromotors. In October 2013, we set up a local subsidiary in Dusseldorf, Germany, with an aim of receiving orders from medical venture companies. We intend to improve precision of our products and offer added values through the combined Japanese and German technologies.

We set up a local subsidiary in Dusseldorf, Germany, in October 2013, with an aim of entering advanced medical sectors in developed economies.  We have taken part in Indexrights ( to expand our sales channel in the US and Singapore.  We specifically focus on manufacturing (prototyping and mass production) of precision parts, forceps, miniature screws, and micro shafts for remote-controllable surgery robots.  We also provide technologies for small precision parts required for small artificial satellites as well as those used in the renewable energy field.
