[Product description] This is a repeatable locking-coat process for screws. The locking effect with high-durability is obtained by heat-sealing of nylon powder on screws. Our Alok will significantly reduce inventory management problems . It will not generate residuum when clinching. 11 nylon, a special resin used as the raw material for this, is made of castor‐oil plants, and contains no regulated substances such as RoHS or REACH. With this eco-friendly biomass plastic, we provide a safe and highly performing locking process. This process is used in various sectors, including: information appliances (such as mobile phones and digital cameras), cars, motorbikes, machine tools , industrial machines , motors, and slot machines. [Product description] This is a pre-coating surface treatment for screws. A special acrylic adhesive applied on the screws captures chips of screws upon clinching. The adhesive before use has a double layer structure. The surface is a non-sticky layer and the inner side is a sticky layer. This can be used for automatic feed machines of screws, as well. This is highly suitable for purposes where chips should be prevented such as electronic substrates. We can process from M1.4 to 6 mm in size. [Product description] 1. Vertical carrier machines (compact type): Installed magnets catch components and carry them to elevated places without pause. These are suitable for carrying a certain fixed quantity of heavy components in small spaces. Three types are available for different shapes/sizes/conditions of components to be lifted. 2. Removal equipment: Discharge conveyers of iron powder used during cutting work.
