We specialize in developing unique seafood processing machines, such as automatic scallop stripping machines.

We manufacture seafood processing machines and other products for general food processing. This is done by applying measurement and processing technologies. We have always worked to raise our technical power and to provide unique products for the global market as well. We export automatic scallop stripping machines to Dalian, China and salmon processing machines to Russia. Our market share for salmon processing machines is 50% in Japan and 20% overseas. We have experience in joint R&D with the Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and other public research institutes.

Robot control technology

Picking, packing, palletizing, and robot control technology

Our company selects a robot suitable for your use and proposes the buildup of an optimal production line including a robot hand dedicated to the product and a pre-processor, as well as a post-processor. Specific cases of use are as follows.

[Picking and packing]
Back rib products and unitary packaged products are arranged and supplied to tray packing, box packing, and packaging machines at high speed by a combination of a parallel robot, a six-axis multi-joint robot, and a vision system.

[Palletizing]
Product barcode recognition information is given to the robot so the robot can properly classify products flowing at random. Products are palletized or stacked according to the specified array.

Fixed-weight cutting machine by 3D measurement: Super-professional/robot control technology

This is the world's first raw fish fixed-weight slice cutting machine equipped with a 3D measurement system. Its is capable of manufacturing raw slice cuts by cutting raw fish fillets into a desired weight, width, and length. The laser scanner measures the body of a fish and a measurement program that we developed calculates cutting data instantaneously. The smoothly operating six-axis multi-joint robot cuts the fish body at high speed according to the data. Our company won the Excellence Prize from the Minister of Economic, Trade and Industry at the First Monozukuri (Manufacturing) Nippon Grand Award in 2005.

Wedge Cutter V for 3D measurement and bone removal: robot control technology

A robot with a 3D measurement system cuts pork roast and back ribs with a high yield. The robot enables backbone removal and reduces the labor load regardless of worker skills or experience. Our company received the Recommendation Prize of the Livestock Production Technology Research and Development Award in 2005. We acquired a patent in Japan, and also in the USA, China, Mexico, and Australia.
