We have a good record of processing aerospace engine parts.

We take orders from public research institutions and universities etc., and design and manufacture various experimental devices.  We also carry out aerospace engine parts processing and manufacture jigs,  tools,  and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.  We conduct all processes from design to control of our products in an integrated manner.  As for processing of special materials, we have a good record of handling heat-resistant SUS, inconel, titanium, rare metals, heat-resistant alloy ceramic, and aluminum etc., in different shapes including small to thin items.

[Product description] This product activates target objects inside an electronic microscope and performs spectrographic analysis. Using 2 cameras, it takes photos during the experiments. Switching between the two cameras in a vacuum space is carried out by a mechanical drive. We are capable of design and manufacture regarding mechatronics and sequence control in order to compose such analyzing devices.
