[Company strength]
We have accumulated our technologies since our foundation in 1931 with the motto "Do before giving up."   We have offered a number of proposals on integrated manufacturing that cover everything from design to control of research and development products.  As for single processing, we do not excessively rely on manufacturing with machine tools, and instead perform manufacturing in a different way with originality and ingenuity , including micro-machining  precision, processing of difficult-to-cut materials such as rare metal  etc., and precision processing of welded structures.

We take orders from public research institutions and universities etc., and design and manufacture various experimental devices. We also conduct aerospace engine parts processing and manufacture jigs , tools,  and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.  We have accumulated technical expertise and experience since our foundation in 1931, and have been working in tandem with many partner companies  to manufacture the products required by our customers.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our products are in two categories: (1) products manufactured in an integrated manner (which covers all processes including design, manufacture, installation, and control), and (2) products ordered by private companies.  In particular, many aerospace related products are heat-resistant, ultra-hard, rectangular shaped high precision products, and give us challenging issues.  We have a good record of handling special materials in different shapes (from small geometric products to thin processed products), such as heat-resistant SUS,  inconel,  titanium,  rare metals , heat-resistant alloy, ceramic , and aluminum  etc.  Some examples are: an observational satellite body,  analyzer (soft X-ray), and aircraft manufacturing ancillary facility.

Our company was founded in 1931. Thanks to our long accumulated technologies,  we have maintained long relationships with many customers.  We have managed delivery through our in-house system with a production management board for more than 30 years.  We have a good quality management  system thanks to instructions from Nikon .  We have contributed to our clients through our technologies and challenging spirits with our innovation and ingenuity.  We will strive to further satisfy our customers.
