[Company strength]
We supply our parts to an extensive range of industrial fields from automobiles, industrial equipment, home electronics appliances, and office equipment to products related to rolling stock. We have an established quality management system that complies with ISO 9001 and 14001. We can work with customers from their design and development stages as we design and manufacture molds by ourselves. This allows us to make specific engineering proposals to the customer. Our plant in China provides zinc plating and cationic electrodeposition coating for our Japanese customers who are automobile parts manufacturers. We manufacture quality products in our ISO 9001 certified plant and cater to customers all over the world.

[Business description]
We design and manufacture metal press molds, and offer pressing, welding, and assembly services. Our group companies perform metal surface treatment (zinc plating, cationic electrodeposition coating, powder coating, electrostatic coating, baking treatment, and vinyl chloride processing). This allows us to cover the entire process from pressing to surface treatment. We can locally provide surface treatment services (zing plating and cationic electrodeposition coating) for automobile parts manufacturers who have entered the Chinese market.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We excel at pressing, and especially drawing techniques. We have a 500-ton transfer press, 80- to 300-ton scudding presses, and a variety of single shot presses. We can handle high-mix low-volume production. We can press materials including ordinary materials, SUS, aluminum, and other special materials with thicknesses of 0.1 to 9 mm. We are committed to proactive engineering proposals and have addressed cost reduction efforts by changing processes from machining to pressing. Our pressing work can cover all processes up to assembly, including spot welding, caulking, CO2 welding, TIG welding, and moldless parts with press brakes. We can also handle high-mix low-volume production.

Our company slogan is “Harmony, Cooperation, Respect, Faith, and Soundness.” We pursue engineering competence and proactively extend our foreign market share while conducting our business activities in consideration of conserving the local environment for coexistence with nature and continuous growth.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have done business with major corporations and our company system is solid. The sales department is in charge of quotes and the sales and manufacturing (including sales engineering) departments are responsible for technical inquires, drawings, and checking parts dimensions. Please contact the quality management department for quality inquires. Our Japanese sales contact and local Japanese staff members provide surface treatment services in our plant in China. The customer’s Chinese staff members can directly contact us in China. Quality and engineering are supported by the entire group.
