[Company strength]
We manufacture super-precision metal mechanism parts in an integrated manner throughout processes including cutting,  grinding,  die-sinking electric discharge,  and wire electric discharge.  We operate even on weekends by shifts, with only 10 non-operating days a year (holidays for year-end and new year, spring, and summer).  We primarily perform removal processes, and outsource only 5% of our production.  This small percentage of outsourcing makes it easier to manage subcontract factories at different locations and with different purposes and to prevent lead-time increasing due to transportation between factories.  Since our products are precise metal mechanic parts, which are not complete products (such as molds  and automatic machines), we can handle orders from various companies without overly relying on specific industries, areas, or clients.  Also, leakages of customer technologies can not happen because we do not manufacture complete products.  

[Business description]
We manufacture super-precision metal mechanism parts. Specifically, we manufacture and sell single precision metal mechanism parts largely by removal processing based on each contracting order.  We have clients in various industries, including dies , automatic machines,  airplane,  automobile,  robot,  medical care,  and cosmetics.  We handle processes including cutting , grinding , electric discharge,  wire electric discharge,  small hole electric discharge, with 1 micron allowance and surface roughness .  We are also engaged in vacuum heat treatment,  sub-zero treatment,  and peening processing.  We can process objects in various sizes from a needle size to a palm  size, and with a different tolerance,   as large as 1 000 mm.  Production volume is 16, 000 hours in terms of machining time  and 7 ,000 man-hours for processes including design,  programming,  machine setup,  and production management.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have production management technologies to manufacture  vast amounts of products within average lead-time.  We handle products that are unrelated to one another in an amount equivalent to more than 700 orders,  covering more than 1 200 in types, 5 000 in number, 1 100 in manufacturing processes, and 17 000 machine operating hours.  We also have processing technologies for process design and process programming, with which we accomplish 1 micron surface roughness and 1 mm dimensional accuracy for each process of cutting,  grinding,  electric discharge, and wire electric discharge.  Strength in our products is represented by our product warranty with measurement data for each and all products.  We are manufacturing user-friendly products of which machining dimensions can be recognized by customers.  

[Representative's message]
We used to have a wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia for 20 years , but closed the facility with doubts on future technologies in emerging countries. We have no immediate plan to expand our operations to overseas at present.  We believe that our future would depend on our progress in making "difficult-to-make" products required by customers with new technologies.   For this purpose, we will improve our processing and manufacturing technologies through work consignment from companies with specific needs in Japan.  We keep improving our processing and manufacturing technologies, and once we feel fully confident, we would also like to start doing business with European and American companies with higher industrial qualities.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We are currently doing business with more than 10 large companies.  We have an organizational structure capable of dealing with various elements of clients (regardless of their size) who order consignment work from us — elements such as products,  structure,  confidential information management, process design,  processing , production management , quality assurance,  and data conversion of CAD and CAM.   We have obtained JISQ9100, and  we would like to utilize it within our company.  We want to manufacture products in accordance with technologies developed based on science and not human skills alone.  In preparation for overseas expansion,  we are planning to obtain globally recognized certificates relating to airplanes.
