[Company strength]
We manufacture a wide range of machine parts for production facilities on an order-to-production system basis.  We manufacture in an integrated manner through every process including machine design,  machining , sheet metal welding,  surface treatment,  adjusting assembly, and installation.  We particularly excel in manufacturing many different kinds of parts in small quantities (or single unit) based on specification drawings provided by customers .  We can handle parts processing in different sizes from 1cubic mm to large parts. We also manufacture new equipment from scratch, as well as provide modification services for diverse machines, parts replacement, and maintenance including overhauling. 

[Business description]
We have designed,  manufactured, and maintained production facilities for major manufacturing companies and their affiliates as part of their supply chains for over 50 years  since our establishment  in Sendai. We are deeply involved in manufacture of magnetic tapes for broadcasters and mechanical devices, and the machine parts of their production facilities.  We play an active role in the disaster-hit Tohoku region (Miyagi prefecture)  through R&D activities and new product development in academic-industry cooperation, making contributions with our processing technologies.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have cutting and grinding techniques using various self-developed machine tools,  and compound manufacturing technologies that combine these techniques with sheet metal welding and hard chromium plating.  With these,  we are able to provide a wide range of processing technologies to manufacture not only common consumable components but components that require expertise.  We particularly excel in mirror finishing of rolls for industrial use and precise surface grinding, as well as manufacturing of equipment and machine parts.

We are a manufacturer with a 50-year history. We will continue developing new products and new markets, while trying to enhance industry-academia partnerships.  We expand our business in parts production, leveraging our cutting, special welding, and surface treatment  techniques, and are going to manufacture large devices utilizing vacuum technologies and automatic production  technologies, with the aims of bettering our financial stability and work environment, as well as contributing to eco-friendly and energy-saving operations.

We have staff members in our marketing section who are in charge of new customers.  With a mission of winning new deals with major companies, they handle a wide range of matters including technical consultation for processing and requests for quotes.  We are only able to communicate with customers in Japanese, but we are striving to improve our capabilities to respond to customers overseas as well.
