Developing magnetic “Non-Contact Power Transmission Devices” with low volume vibration-controlled operation.

Based in the precision manufacturing techniques we cultivated through metal pattern production, we are now developing products which make use of magnetic technology. Our magnetic non-contact power transmission device features reduced noise and vibration compared to existing models, and does not require any grease up, enabling it to be used for applying power at a variety of amplitudes and eccentricities.

By combining the precision manufacturing techniques cultivated in metal mold production (which we have been involved in from day one) with knowledge of magnet implementation for various products, we  propose and develop the right products to meet the needs of our clients. [Strength of products/technologies]
Because our company's products transmit force without direct contact through the use of magnets, they are referred to as magnetic non-contact force transmission devices. Compared to previous contact-type models such as gears, changing to non-contact models can improve factory conditions by reducing noise and vibration, as well as eliminating the need for grease ups. In addition, the lack of abrasion of parts and waste production can contribute to efforts to improve cleanliness in your manufacturing environment. With alternating layers of non-magnetic material, barrier wall transmission can also be accomplished, eliminating the need to create a sealing, thereby enabling structural simplification. With its transmission of force in a variety of amplitudes and eccentricities, this system improves ease of assembly and also increases design freedom.

Because our non-contact power transmission device is a newly developed product, we must cultivate its market share. It is currently in use as part of machinery such as a quiet, no waste product transportation system with a torque limiter function, and we are also conducting joint development together with our clients aiming to adapt it for mounting in foodstuffs production and medical machinery. We hope to continue developing new technology leveraging the advantages of our non-contact system which meets customers' needs. Although we have continually worked at staking out our place in the market, in the future we will also consider the possibilities of foreign markets, and focus our attention on building up the sales of the clutch and brake systems we have developed using our magnet technology.
