Developing magnetic “Non-Contact Power Transmission Devices” with low volume vibration-controlled operation.
Based in the precision manufacturing techniques we cultivated through metal pattern production, we are now developing products which make use of magnetic technology. Our magnetic non-contact power transmission device features reduced noise and vibration compared to existing models, and does not require any grease up, enabling it to be used for applying power at a variety of amplitudes and eccentricities.

Compared to previous contact-type models such as gears, changing to non-contact models can improve factory conditions by reducing noise and vibration, as well as eliminating the need for grease ups. In addition, the lack of abrasion of parts and waste production can contribute to efforts to improve cleanliness in your manufacturing environment. With alternating layers of non-magnetic material, barrier wall transmission can also be accomplished, eliminating the need to create a sealing, thereby enabling structural simplification. With its transmission of force in a variety of amplitudes and eccentricities, this system improves ease of assembly and also increases design freedom.
