[Company strength]
Our company installs, inspects, and repairs motors and pumps (large rotating equipment, etc.) and performs related electrical work. We have been accumulating experience as a cooperative company of Kamaishi Works of Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal (founded as Kamaishi Works of Fuji Iron & Steel Co., Ltd.) since our foundation in 1949. Now we are also appreciated in the fields of paper manufacturing, automobiles, cement, and geothermal power generation.
We have repaired over 1,000 pumps and motors of companies and organizations in the coastal area from the Hachinohe Port to the Sendai Port. These areas were stricken by the tsunami from the East Japan Great Earthquake on March 11, 2011. We desalted these pumps and machines using our original boiling and cleaning method and could successfully restore them in a short time at a low cost. Our clients appreciated this quick, low-cost restoration and we could share in the success of two years of hard effort.
Thermal spraying technology has a long history among maintenance technologies. With guidance from Professor Omori (currently professor emeritus) at Osaka University, we were able to evolve this technology, complete it as a photocatalytic material manufacturing technology, and acquire a patent.
We found that installing a photocatalytic anti-bacterial air purification system in a livestock barn could reduce the incidence rate of livestock diseases. However, our company is not a specialist in livestock or air environments. We make proposals with advice from our guiding specialists for machines customized to solve air environment problems for detailed and flexible support for customers with such problems.

We maintain motors and pumps, and offer electrical work, consignment thermal spray processing, and coil manufacturing for motors. We also manufacture and sell photocatalytic air purifiers and photocatalytic plates

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our photocatalytic plate features maximized oxide titanium activity area per unit volume of catalyst. It can be used to improve a severe air environment. The advantage of a photocatalyst is that its activity can be maintained by periodically cleaning the catalyst surface. It can be operated with the maintenance costs for UV fluorescent lamp aging and low electricity charges.
We can provide a slightly large duct connection type and a corner wall installation type suitable for schoolrooms. We can also customize our products for special uses.
We assume cases in which customers may install only catalytic plates in their own machines, so we also manufacture catalysts with desired specifications (dimensions, shape, and handling of visible light).

[Representative's message]
We have been engaged in the maintenance of motors, generators, and pumps. We have done this as a cooperative company of Kamaishi Works of Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation and Kamaishi Mine of Nittetsu Mining Co., Ltd. We have established a system from construction to maintenance and extended our sales channels throughout the Tohoku region. We have overcome changes in the management environment, such as the discontinuation of blast furnaces and the mine closures. We developed an oxide titanium coating technology based on a thermal spraying method as a new business and we are extending sales of photocatalytic anti-bacterial air purification systems.

Our managing director is assigned to business development to reinforce our administrative management system. We respond to inquiries and provide consulting to solve issues. Our president takes the lead in handling new transactions. We also offer sincere support for overseas transactions.

Our products have been installed in only 14 livestock barns, but other companies are not handling livestock barn air purification, so our market share is high.
