[Company strength]
Based in the engineering skill we have accumulated through the manufacturing of elevator sheaves (pulleys), we possess a great deal of knowledge related to high rigidity, abrasion and pressure resistant cast iron components, as well as our own proprietary materials. The sheaves used with the high speed elevator at Tokyo Skytree were made by this company. Also, we are developing a casting material with the same properties as pre-hardened steel, and are currently working toward its practical application as a material for plastic injection molding and also for use in die-cast metal molds. Our products are guaranteed through the use of a variety of quality control machinery, so there are no concerns regarding defects and flaws.

We manufacture elevator components, hydraulics and air pressure components, industrial machinery parts, and other items from cast iron. Among these products, our expertise lies in high rigidity abrasion resistant materials (FC300 Ultra, FCD800 Ultra). Aside from casting, this company also conducts heat treatments and machining of cast components.

In addition to the cast iron materials regulated by JIS, we have many years of experience manufacturing high strength and rigidity materials such as FC300 Ultra and FCD800 Ultra, and the quality, characteristics, and durability of these products is highly praised by our clients. To ensure your safety and peace of mind when ordering our cast iron components, we employ a variety of inspection machines to check and guarantee the quality of our products, such as emission spectrophotometric analyzers, high precision all-purpose material testing equipment, metallurgical microscopes, all kinds of hardness inspection machines, magnetic particle testers, and ultrasonic test equipment.

This company was founded in 1900, and began truly devoting itself to traditional manufacturing of cast machine parts from 1973. Since then, we have continually carried out manufacturing and development in the casting of highly abrasion resistant and airtight goods. Currently, we are focused in elevator pulleys, which demand a high level of product quality and safety. Although we provide pre-hardened casting materials domestically already, we are now expanding this business to overseas makers as well.

A new factory for manufacturing the newly developed technology of our pre-hardened casting materials was opened up in December 2010, and in April 2012, this facility received a full-time supervisor to serve as a point of contact for taking orders. A homepage related to the new material was put up in April 2014, transmission the information all over the world, both inside and outside of Japan, in order to expand our business in this field.
