We manufacture high precision end mills for use on ultra hard materials. We have also expanded overseas, establishing a consolidated subsidiary in Hong Kong in addition to having six locations across Japan ? in Sendai, Nagano, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka.
[Product description] We specialize in small diameter end mills with cutting diameters of 6mm or less, and were the first in the world to market an end mill with a cutting diameter of only 10μm. We have been ahead of the competition in manufacturing CBN and PCD end mills, and are expanding our line of specialized products in the field of precision machining. Our introduction of an original CAM program is another way that we are supporting the industry, not just through tools but also through the advancement of cutting technology. We have our own research and development center within our manufacturing facility. We also have onsite subsidiaries engaged in coating and re-polishing operations, the molding of tool cases and the like. These assets enable us to respond as a group to provide related products on an integrated basis.
