WORLD CHEMICAL Co., Ltd.
We have extensive experience in chemical pumps and surface oil and particle collection systems.
We manufacture chemical pumps that meet high anti-corrosion requirements, and that can be custom-made. We also offer floating oil and particle collection systems that are characterized by a double float structure, which enables continuous collection of surface layers. We have been exporting our products to North America, Europe, and Asia for over 35 years.
[Product description] Features a magnet-drive structure that is free of liquid leakage. A sufficient amount of priming water is also retained to restart without a check valve, thus ensuring pumping.
[Product description] This vertical pump is used to circulate liquid, rather than transferring it. The seal-less structure does not allow liquid leakage caused by a worn seal, and it is hardly affected by slurry liquid. This structure is made possible due to liquid circulation and its smaller variation in the liquid surface.
[Product description] This product combines a self-priming pump and filtering system integrated into one unit. It achieves space saving and a more flexible layout. Pipe connection of the pump and filtering system is not required, so the cost and labor for pipe work can be saved.
[Product description] This system inhibits the generation of anaerobic bacteria on the surface oil of coolant, which reduces odors. It can slow coolant deterioration, which leads to a lower replacement frequency and longer blade service life.
[Product description] The double float structure of this product achieves efficient collection of surface oil and scum. This is done by keeping the skimmer horizontal and parallel. It is not affected by wave movements or variation in buoyancy.
[Product description] The double scrapers of this product break down and collect masses of scum. Its double-float structure allows the system to move along waves, which ensures that the surface scum is efficiently collected.
