We are experienced in sheet metal working for aircraft structures.
We are engaged in precision sheet metal working. Our main products are aircraft structures made of aluminum, and parts including copier and printer parts as well as automotive refrigeration parts utilizing heat exchange technology. We meet various customer needs in the aircraft field, and are accumulating achievements using various technologies, such as sheet metal NC trimming, stretch forming, machining, thermal treatment, and welding. We also support high-mix low-volume production and are expanding our assembly business. We have experience in trading with major manufacturers and also in joint R&D with a medical university to develop and experimentally manufacture a cart for nursing care.
[Product description] We meet needs for machining with press molds (precision, drawing, beading, and R bending) using high-accuracy turret punch pressing and press braking. We can manufacture many kinds of parts in small lots without concern for tool depreciation. We propose structures and small-lot parts by utilizing our high-level sheet metal working technologies to satisfy functional requirements as units. We also provide high quality that satisfies customers by utilizing our advanced part procurement capabilities with excellent processing and assembly technologies. [Authorization/Certification] JIS Q 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004. [Major facilities and equipment] Gatling press center (high-accuracy punch press), 2 units; punch-laser combination machine, 1 unit; NC hydraulic press brake, 10 units; precision press machine, 30 units (60- to 250-ton).
